Bendy Buddies Progress Thread!!! Thursday Chat!

BTW, I'm fully aware of how dorky "Bendy Buddies" is, but it's also catchy and that's why I'm using it.
So we will start our first thursday stretching chat this Thursday night (July 8th) at:
5:30 Pacific
6:30 Mountain
7:30 Central
8:30 Eastern
*All thursday chats will be at this time unless it proves to be a bad time for many. I hope that those not in the U.S. will be able to make it too!!!
Chat is basically for us to give eachother once a week support and entertainment while doing the sometimes boring and monotonous job of stretching. Chat will also help the less than motivated (ahem...me) to get on a stretching routine and show up to report progress. I look forward to everyone sharing the great stretches they know of, tips, etc.
This thread is for us to record our progress, starting with any beginning measurements (i.e. splits measurments), goals, and stretching schedule.

Perfect!! I'll go make a room just for Bendy Buddies in chat. That way if someone wants to meet up an not be part of the stretching group they can stay in the lobby.

I was going to post my favorite stretches in the chat, but decided it would be helpful to have them in the forum for referencing purposes!
All these stretches can be held for 2-5 minutes. I'll be posting my measurements tonight after a good warm stretch!!!

I just looked it up online and it looks like you are right. hmmmmm. This is so hard with everyones different time zones. Maybe someone could start a stretching chat for another day/night for those closer to your time zone? I want you there polefairy!!! We could always aim for another chat on sat or sunday mornings (probably closer to night for you) so that most everyone could meet for that one!!! I'll talk about it in chat tomorrow night.
