From beginner to instructor fundamentals are the building blocks of our pole experience. Through the proper implementation of the Veena method you will gain a mastery of fundamental pole technique that will ensure you achieve your pole goals. Advanced dancers will benefit from Veena’s eye and world class technique while beginners will gain valuable skills for their pole journey. This workshop will take you from proper warm up all the way through learning a mini routine.
