This is an exciting way to see pole dance fitness students from studios across North Carolina and along the East Coast show off what they have been learning in class! Our competitors come in all ages, shapes and fitness levels... women just like you.


Ready to be inspired?

Not only will you be wowed by all the incredible pole dance competitors, but you will get the opportunity to bask in an empowering female-driven audience as all Head Over Heels preliminary rounds are reserved for women only. Come join us as we celebrate what it is to be a women - vibrant, sensual and empowered!


Need a little retail therapy?

Stick around after the morning show where you can indulge in a little retail therapy with the Head Over Heels shopping expo, featuring up over a dozen local businesses with products & services for sale including make-up, skin care, fashion accessories, sex toys and more! The Shopping Expo is a FREE event open all afternoon between the shows. You can also enjoy the food & shopping in Downtown Raleigh’s warehouse district, all within walking distance of Spy UltraLounge.

ABOUT HEAD OVER HEELS COMPETITIONS

Head Over Heels has created the East Coast's most unique competition - one which is reserved for female pole students only! That's right - pole dance instructors, "pole-fessionals" or professional-level competitors are not permitted to compete in our events.

The 2012 HOH Competition series features two categories for aspiring competitors to choose from... either the “Basic Pole” category for Beginner/Intermediate ladies or the “Anything Goes Pole” category for Intermediate/Advanced level ladies. Even more, competitors are selected through a random lottery process which means everyone has an equal chance to participate. We know you have a unique, inspiring story to tell and can't wait for you to have your moment in the spotlight!

The top four Round 1 winners from each category will be awarded a spot to compete in the Grand Finale event scheduled tentatively for December 2012 in Raleigh, NC. (Note: Round 2 is scheduled to take place in October 2012 in Charlotte, NC... stay tuned for Round 2 announcements).
