Doubles pole dancing has become increasingly popular. Having a partner provides motivation, guidance, and some impressive tricks. In this 1.5 hour workshop, Lorena and Nadine begin with a cardio warm up and move onto a variety of assisted (partner) stretching. Then we work on doubles spins, static holds, and anchor/flyer moves. Partnership requires a significant amount of trust and communication. We recommend coming as a partnership or group of 3 (switching off partners). You should be comfortable climbing and inverting.
